Bakman Technologies LLC is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a $724,000 Phase II grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) to continue the development of a low-cost, high-performance, UAV mounted Terahertz (THz) spectrometer. Completing the Phase I portion of the NSF grant earlier this year, Bakman has taken the first steps towards realizing a sensor platform capable of performing point detection of pollutants or other gases of atmospheric importance.
