Mr. Hao Ngo is a Senior Software/Firmware Engineer. He has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from California State University – Pomona, and has more than 24 years of experience with programming and troubleshooting in: C/C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node.js, LabView, VB/VB.NET, Verilog and assembly languages. He also has extensive hardware experience with the following architectures: ARM, 8061, 68k, Ti DSP, MSP430, FPGA & Mojo, Arduino, Raspberry Pi and Beaglebones. This experience has been used to design full control systems, from firmware all the way to the user GUI. Hao is coming onboard to develop the software and firmware for Bakman’s new spectroscopic THz sensors.
Mr. Vaughn “Keil’i” Van Kirk is currently enrolled in his second year at California State University – Northridge, where he is studying Mechanical Engineering and has already picked up some engineering skills such as programming and computer aided design (CAD). Keli’i is a car enthusiast and has spent a significant amount of time repairing and modifying his Miata. This has given him real “hands-on” mechanical skills that are difficult to find in this age of computers. Keli’i is joining us to put these practical mechanical skills to good use with mechanical design and system assembly.
Mr. Esteban Franco is currently enrolled in his second year at Moorpark College studying Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science. He is originally from Columbia and obtained his U.S. citizenship in 2014. As a hobby, he has been building and programing computers, including Arduinos, since he was in high-school. He is looking forward to using both his mechanical skills and programming skills at Bakman Technologies.
Mr. Ngo, Mr. Van Kirk and Mr. Franco are valuable additions to Bakman and we welcome them to our growing team! We’re excited to see their talents and expertise help grow our business and reach our goals for 2019… and beyond.
